2. Can I buy directly on this website?
In most cases, purchases connected to this website are completed through our Etsy shop. AishaArt.com serves as a brand and collection space where you can explore the work and follow the purchase link for the selected item.

3. Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.

4. How long does processing take?
Most items are prepared within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer depending on the design.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, selected items are available for international shipping. Availability may vary depending on the item and destination.

6. Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
If the listing is for a one-of-a-kind artwork, you will receive that exact piece. For handmade made-to-order works, the final piece will be created as close as possible to the original design, but slight variations may occur.

7. Do you accept custom requests?
We may accept selected custom requests depending on the design, timing, and materials. If you have something in mind, feel free to get in touch.

8. Are frames included?
This depends on the individual product listing. Please check the product description carefully for framing details before purchasing.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?
