We want you to feel confident when choosing a piece from AishaArt. Because our artworks are handmade and often created in limited quantities, our return and refund approach is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of the work involved in each piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and do our best to offer an appropriate solution.

Returns
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized artworks
- Made-to-order pieces
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds
Refunds are considered in cases such as:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The order cannot be fulfilled

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original platform and payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production or preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Important Platform Note
Most orders related to this website are completed via Etsy. In those cases, the final return, cancellation, and refund process is handled according to the Etsy order record and platform policies in addition to our shop terms.
