At AishaArt, each piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because many of our works are handmade, made in small quantities, or created to order, this Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and respectful of the work involved.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:

- clear photos of the packaging

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

4. Custom and Personalized Orders
