At AishaArt, every piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because our artworks are handmade, processing times are different from mass-produced items — and we believe that is part of what makes each order special.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or for custom requests, preparation may take a little longer. If a piece requires extra time, we will always do our best to communicate this clearly.

Shipping Origin
Orders are prepared and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.

Where We Ship
We offer international shipping for selected items. Shipping availability may vary depending on the artwork, size, and destination.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by country and shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, actual delivery timing is outside our direct control and may be affected by customs, local courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

Whenever tracking is available, tracking details will be provided with your order so you can follow its journey.

We take great care in packaging each piece securely to help it arrive safely. Handmade artworks are wrapped thoughtfully and prepared for transit with protection in mind.
